  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an image/video proof of the issue.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through your original mode of payment.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI after verification.

  • If you prefer, we can arrange a replacement for damaged or incorrect products instead of a refund.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Items returned without proper proof of damage/defect.
